The usher at my section was Christina

The usher at my section was Christina. I talked with her about the filming of “Moneyball.”We talked about how the Banjo Man hasn’t changed much in eight years. She said she didn’t see me around on Monday night, and I told her I was at the game, but in the second deck. She told me that the next time I should just talk with her and she would allow me to sit at field level.A girl who looked like Valerie Bertinelli sat in front of me.

Dallas Braden allowed a run in the first inning when he gave up a walk with one out.His throw to try to pick off the runner at first was bad, and it went for an error that put the runner at third base. The Blue Jays’ first run then came in on a 4-3 ground out. Braden had a perfect second inning. He gave up Toronto’s first hit of the game with a single to start the third inning. He got the next two batters out, but then he allowed a walk, which got him into a bit of trouble, but he got out of it with an out that turned out to be the first of 12 consecutive outs through the seventh inning, when he finally surrendered another run.

With two outs in the seventh inning, Braden gave up two consecutive doubles that produced one run for the Blues Jays and tied the score at 2-2.He managed the last out with a fly ball that Daric Barton at first base caught.Braden had thrown 104 pitches.Ken Korach on the radio said that Braden had “his best stuff” on this night. However, he was in danger of getting no decision unless the A’s could score at least one in the bottom of the seventh.
